CutMaster / PreCutter

With CutMaster it is not only possible to mark parts with the highest precision, but also to cut circular blanks, produce chip guiding stages and cut various materials.

The cutting of PCD, PcBN and CVD circular blanks is realised by repeated removal of the material. This precise 3D machining protects the material and enables depths of up to 3 mm as well as a cutting cavity with a defined angle and chip guidance geometry.

PreCutter is a system for cutting circular blanks and precision pre-machining of diamond tools. PreCutter is perfectly suited for series production and can be optionally expanded with higher power laser sources and additional axes.

RayCutter S / HS

Specially developed laser technology for the machining of diamond tools, highly dynamic part positioning and intuitive user software form the basis of the RayCutter series. Thanks to the zero-point clamping system, the machine can be changed quickly and directly from insert machining to round machining (rotary axis). The foundation of the system is formed by a solid granite base on which all axes of movement are mounted with thermal stability and highest precision. As standard the machine is offered with 4-Axis. 5-Axis machining is possible by extending it with a rotary axis.
